Cancellation Policy

Acknowledgement of Risks: I, the undersigned renter, acknowledge that kayaking, canoeing and fishing activities involve inherent risks, including but not limited to: Physical or emotional injury, paralysis, or death. Drowning or other water-related accidents. Exposure to weather conditions. Potential for equipment failure. Hidden hazards in the water or on the shore. I understand that these risks can be serious and may result in severe injury or death. I am aware that I am responsible for my own safety and the safety of any passengers in the water vessel of any kind. I acknowledge the mandate and will wear a life vest at all times. I acknowledge and will abide by the law to have an unexpired fishing license in my possession while fishing. I understand that alcohol is not allowed while operating water crafts per Arkansas law. I also understand local ordinances in regard to noise pollution and littering laws. Parking is limited to one vehicle per water craft rental. I understand cleaning fish is not allowed on the property. Assumption of Risk: I voluntarily assume all risks, known and unknown, associated with kayaking, canoeing, and fishing activities, including those arising from my own negligence or the negligence of others. I understand that I am responsible for the proper use and care of the water vessel and any equipment provided. I agree to return the vessel and equipment in the same condition as when rented, normal wear and tear excepted. Cancellation Policy No cancellations, all bookings will be charged full price upon reservation.
